Finance Executive (Female) required to join our team in Karachi. The candidate should be from logistics or freight forwarding background and will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. She will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, overseeing financial reporting etc.Responsibilities· Prepare & revised all export free hand shipper invoices· Prepare bank reconciliation of all official bank accounts· Prepare import remittance documents and submit in banks· Uploading remittance documents in Samba Bank FX-Portal· Open GL & Non-GL accounts of new clients & shipping agents· Maintain and handle petty cash· Prepare financial statements and reports· Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations· Provide support to other departments as needed· Manage security deposit and refund invoices records of all clientsRequirements· Bachelors in Finance/Accounting, BCom or equivalent qualification· + years of experience in an accounting/finance· Excellent written or verbal communication skills· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP· Command on CSUL software will be an advantageIf you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is looking for a challenging opportunity in finance, we encourage you to apply at or .
