- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, art, growth) to support and drive the development of world-class mobile games.
- Assist in designing engaging and sticky core game features, with a strong focus on LiveOps and content updates.
- Utilize process management tools to keep various teams aligned with the overall product development schedule.
- Conduct QA and functionality tests on new features and updates to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Interpret data with the support of growth and analytics teams to help inform product decisions and optimize the game roadmap.
- Monitor key game metrics daily and investigate performance changes to understand the “why” behind trends and anomalies.
- Drive product optimization through structured A/B testing and analysis of test results.
- Support the head of the studio in shaping strategic initiatives and executing the long-term vision for the game.
- Help manage the game lifecycle from ideation and development to live operations and feature enhancements.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product, game development, or data analytics-ideally within a mobile gaming environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
- A self-motivated, eager-to-learn individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience working on rapid game prototyping or live game feature rollouts.
- Prior exposure to mobile gaming analytics tools (e.g.Sensor Tower, or internal dashboards).
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and interpreting experiment results.
- Passion for mobile games with a desire to understand what makes players engage and return.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Asana and Slack for task and sprint management.
