At PakWheels, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Graphic Design to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining high-quality visual content for all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives. This position requires strong design skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, web, and marketing materials.
  • Lead and manage designers and external vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Social media, Video, PR, Performance, Content and Event etc teams to support campaigns with effective visual assets.
  • Ensure consistency of brand elements across all visual content.
  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain design excellence.
  • Review and finalize artwork for accuracy and visual impact before publishing.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve
  • Devise a clear measurable design audit process
Requirements:
  • BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in graphic design; at least 2 years in leading a team of designers.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and a solid understanding of design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Interest in Cars and Automobile Industry.
