MBA-Quality Management / Chemical Engineer / MSc from a reputed university.
7-10 years experience of footwear quality management.
Thorough understanding of quality assurance methodologies and practices.
Ability to manage process controls as per specifications, and analyse business statistics requirements, gaps and risks for the strict quality control
Ability to analyse root cause of quality challenges and find remedies for continual improvement process
