When it comes to tech, quality, and innovation, we don't cut corners—we set the standard.Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Application Engineer to support the development, integration, and commissioning of industrial automation and electrical systems. The role involves PLC and HMI programming (Rockwell and Siemens), instrumentation setup, electrical panel supervision, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering customized automation solutions, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring smooth project execution from design to handover. This position requires strong engineering skills, effective communication, and a hands-on approach to fieldwork.Key Responsibilities:PLC Programming & Integration:

Develop and configure PLC programs using Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) and Siemens (S7, TIA Portal) platforms.
Design and implement HMI/SCADA systems, ensuring seamless communication with PLCs.
Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems during FAT, SAT, and commissioning.

Instrumentation & Control:

Selection, calibration, installation, and commissioning of field instruments (flow, pressure, temperature, level, etc.).
Develop and review control philosophies, loop diagrams, and P&IDs.
Ensure proper integration of instrumentation with control systems.

Electrical & MCC Works:

Supervise installation and testing of MCCs, switchgears, control panels, and cable management systems.
Review and interpret electrical schematics, SLDs, and panel GA drawings.
Coordinate with panel manufacturers and electrical contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Site Execution & Commissioning:

Plan and execute site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning of automation and electrical systems.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Conduct pre-commissioning checks and participate in SAT with clients.

Customer Handling & Technical Support:

Serve as the technical point of contact for customers during project lifecycle.
Provide on-site support, training, and after-sales service as required.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and records for customer handover.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
3–7 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and electrical systems.
Strong expertise in Rockwell (RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000) and Siemens (S7-300/400, TIA Portal) PLC systems.
Knowledge of field instrumentation, control valves, transmitters, and associated protocols (HART, Modbus, Profibus).
Familiarity with industrial safety standards and electrical codes.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
