- Develop and configure PLC programs using Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) and Siemens (S7, TIA Portal) platforms.
- Design and implement HMI/SCADA systems, ensuring seamless communication with PLCs.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems during FAT, SAT, and commissioning.
- Selection, calibration, installation, and commissioning of field instruments (flow, pressure, temperature, level, etc.).
- Develop and review control philosophies, loop diagrams, and P&IDs.
- Ensure proper integration of instrumentation with control systems.
- Supervise installation and testing of MCCs, switchgears, control panels, and cable management systems.
- Review and interpret electrical schematics, SLDs, and panel GA drawings.
- Coordinate with panel manufacturers and electrical contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Plan and execute site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning of automation and electrical systems.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Conduct pre-commissioning checks and participate in SAT with clients.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers during project lifecycle.
- Provide on-site support, training, and after-sales service as required.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and records for customer handover.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and electrical systems.
- Strong expertise in Rockwell (RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000) and Siemens (S7-300/400, TIA Portal) PLC systems.
- Knowledge of field instrumentation, control valves, transmitters, and associated protocols (HART, Modbus, Profibus).
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and electrical codes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
