Ideal candidate will have up to 6 - 7 years of post-qualification experience. The ability to develop strong working relationships. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal. Management of Receivable & Payable functions including payroll & reporting.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise monthly payroll operations, including overtime, bonuses, and special allowances.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll through detailed reconciliation of employee data, advances, loans, and other variables.
  • Oversee staff salary tax computations and validate payroll reports to support financial planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor employee benefits along with reconciliation and reporting.
  • Prepare and present payroll data insights for cash budget planning, forecasting, and audit purposes
  • Act as the focal point for EOBI, PESSI & SESSI and liaise with government representatives to ensure smooth compliance.
  • Ensure organizational adherence to tax laws, audits, and payroll-related regulatory requirements along with monthly, quarterly annual tax filing.
  • Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in resolving payroll discrepancies, policy interpretation, and benefit adjustments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, and compliance, with 2+ years in a lead role.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of local tax laws, labor regulations, EOBI, PESSI, and audit standards.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Excel/reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • High attention to accuracy, timeliness, and process optimization.
