Job Summary:The specialist, procurement supports the client success team, the professional services team and clientorganizations directly through full-service quoting and procurement of renewals which results in direct with clientsREQUIREMENTS- Prepare quotes and process requisitions for renewals including sourcing, ordering, of renewals of various licenses and hardware for clients.- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors- Manage client expectations through timely feedback and proactive communication with client and team members- Track, record, and audit of products to ensure accurate client invoices- Participating in receiving these orders- Other duties and assignments as required by the management teamKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal team membersEffective time management and multi-tasking skillsMaintains the ability to stay organized and be detail-orientedDemonstrates a passion for solving problems or helping others and take the initiative in drivingcontinuous improvement/execution excellenceExceptional organizational skills, including the ability to self-manage and multi-task effectively andaccurately in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentKnowledge of or strong interest in computers is requiredComputer proficiency with Microsoft Office products and databases is requiredExperience:High school diploma/GED4+ years of experience with IT distributors (Ingram, TechData, Dell, CDW etc.)
