The HR Executive will support the design and execution of employee engagement, internal communication, learning and development, and employer branding initiatives across Ingredion Pakistan.Core Responsibilities:
  • Employer Branding & Early Talent Programs – Lead arrangements for and represent Rafhan at campus drives, job fairs, and other branding events. Maintain relationships with university career offices and manage the execution of Internship and Management Trainee Program. Develop, curate and manage content/promotional materials for Rafhan Maize’s social media and digital presence.
  • Learning & Development – Support the implementation of the annual training plans by coordinating with external vendors and internal facilitators. Monitor participation in e-learning modules, maintain training records, and assist in reporting learning metrics to stakeholders.
  • Data Analytics & Special Projects – Gather, interpret, and present relevant HR data through dashboards and reports that inform decision-making. Collaborate on special projects and contribute to digitization initiatives that drive process improvement and innovation.
  • Employee Engagement – Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including Town Halls, HR Connects, and recognition programs. Coordinate logistics for engagement surveys and employee feedback mechanisms, ensuring timely follow-up and action planning.
  • Internal Communication – Design, develop, and distribute internal communication materials such as newsletters, email campaigns, and digital updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
  • HR Business Partnering Support – Provide operational and project support to HR Business Partners across various people-related processes, including performance management, talent reviews, and employee relations initiatives where needed.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding - Providing support in the full recruitment cycle, including job announcements, screening, interviewing, and onboarding process for new hires. Assist in keeping hiring tracker and information up to date.
Qualified candidates will have:Mandatory requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in engagement, L&D, or internal communications
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with design tools is a plus
  • Strong data analysis skills; familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for HR reporting
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative approach
