Provide professional spa treatments including traditional massages, body therapies, facials, and wellness services.
Ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout their spa journey.
Maintain a high level of hygiene, cleanliness, and professionalism in the spa areas.
Recommend personalized treatments and products to enhance guest experiences.
Support the Spa Manager/Director in upholding service quality and operational standards.
Stay updated with the latest spa techniques and industry trends.
Qualifications
International spa experience (preferably in Indonesia, Bali, or Thailand).
Strong knowledge of traditional and modern massage techniques.
Certification/Diploma in Spa Therapy or related field.
Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a luxury hospitality environment.
