Job Description:Route Planning: Determine the most efficient routes for drivers based on factors such as distance, traffic conditions, and delivery schedules.Dispatching: Assign drivers to specific routes and loads, taking into account driver availability, equipment, and customer requirements.Communication: Maintain regular communication with drivers via phone, email, or radio to provide instructions, updates, and assistance as needed.Tracking and Monitoring: Use tracking systems and software to monitor the progress of shipments and ensure on-time delivery. Address any delays or issues promptly to minimize disruptions.Customer Service: Act as a liaison between customers and drivers, addressing inquiries, providing updates on delivery status, and resolving any concerns or complaints.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including load information, driver schedules, and communication logs.Compliance: Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with relevant regulations, including hours-of-service rules, safety standards, and company policies.Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any logistical challenges or emergencies that arise during transportation, such as traffic accidents or mechanical breakdowns.Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, operations, and maintenance, to optimize fleet efficiency and address any operational issues.Qualifications:Intermediate / GraduationFresh to months experienceStrong English communication skills, both verbal and written.Perks & Benefits:Daily DinnerPick & Drop (female staff)IncentivesExcellent EnvironmentLocation:LDA Avenue , LahoreTimings:Five(pm) - Two(am) Night ShiftJob Type:Full-timeJob SpecificationWebex enterprises is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Service Representative in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan.
