The ideal candidate will hold current Microsoft certifications, possess deep technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, and have a passion for delivering engaging, hands-on training experiences to enterprise clients and technical teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver official Microsoft training courses focused on Azure Infrastructure (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305).
  • Facilitate hands-on labs, hybrid cloud scenarios, and role-based workshops for IT administrators and architects.
  • Customize training programs to support enterprise cloud adoption, migration planning, and legacy system integration.
  • Provide certification preparation including mock exams and scenario-driven labs.
  • Offer post-training enablement such as performance tuning and solution reviews.
  • Align training delivery with clients digital transformation goals and operational strategies.
Certification PreparationAs part of ITC Worldwides corporate training model, the Azure Infrastructure trainer will lead comprehensive certification preparation for AZ-104 and AZ-305, including:
  • Pre-assessment diagnostics to evaluate learner readiness and identify knowledge gaps.
  • Structured learning paths aligned with Microsoft certification objectives.
  • Practice exams and scenario-based labs focused on hybrid cloud, disaster recovery, and performance tuning.
  • Exam strategy workshops covering question formats, time management, and common pitfalls.
  • Post-training support including Q&A sessions, mentoring, and access to learning communities.
  • AZ-104: Emphasis on managing Azure subscriptions, virtual machines, storage, and networking.
  • AZ-305: Focus on designing secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential with relevant Azure certifications.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, systems administration, or enterprise IT.
  • Proven track record of delivering Microsoft training and consulting engagements.
  • Strong understanding of Azure networking, compute, storage, and hybrid environments.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and technical levels.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site training engagements.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
  • Certifications in AZ-104, AZ-305, or related Azure Infrastructure tracks.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and legacy system modernization.
  • Familiarity with Azure Arc, Azure Monitor, and governance tools.
  • Ability to create multimedia and interactive training content.
  • Experience in course development, examination, and assessment.
