UI/UX Designer

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implement designs with attention to detail.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and maintain design documentation.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow.

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Experience working with development teams and understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of motion design and prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle, Invision Studio) is desirable.
