
Trainee Technical Support Representative

- Serve as the first point of contact for client technical queries.
- Understand and explain product features, APIs, and integrations to clients in simple terms.
- Collect and document client issues, reproduce problems, and escalate to developers when needed.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve tickets in a timely manner.
- Proactively communicate updates and resolutions to clients.
- Maintain knowledge base and support documentation for recurring issues.
- Ensure a positive client experience through professional communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong understanding of APIs and how systems integrate.
- Interest in client-facing roles rather than programming/coding.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document technical issues clearly for developers.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and resolving client concerns.
- Familiarity with ticketing/support tools (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.
- Phase 1 (Training – 2 Months): Product knowledge, API basics, communication & ticket handling training.
- Phase 2 (Probationary Job Offer): Role as Technical Support Representative handling client queries.
