- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
- Perform tasks in areas such as bottle blowing, filling, packing and FG handling.
- Conduct in-process checks and maintain accurate records in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly and assist engineering team in resolving breakdowns as needed.
- Support other departments by providing assistance and maintaining good communication.
- Ensure the production area is clean, organized, and ready for operations.-Follow to ensure compliance of GMP and EHS as per Company policy.Qualifications/SkillsBasic Qualifications:
- DAE / B.Tech / Graduation or Equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumental Engineering.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or similar industries.
