- Contract Management:
- Draft standardized contracts using company templates under a supervision of Legal team.
- Ensure all client and vendor contracts are signed in accordance with internal guidance and approval procedures for pricing and terms.
- Create and maintain accurate account records in the company’s platform, contract management and CRM systems.
- Administer contracts on the company register, ensuring records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Interact with internal (Business Development Managers) and external (clients, vendors) stakeholders on matters related to contract drafting and execution.
- Monitor contract expirations, notify internal employees of upcoming expirations, and provide monthly reports on non-extended contracts.
- Analyse contract records to support CRM initiatives.
- Update the company’s do-not-contact list as required.
- Vendor Management:
- Ensure all external vendors provide the required set of onboarding documentation at the pre-contract stage.
- Assist in completing Know Your Customer (KYC) forms and conducting vendor due diligence for clients and vendors.
- Collaborate with the Compliance & Legal team to certify vendors and maintain the preferred vendor list.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting team with invoicing-related tasks.
- Provide support for ad-hoc requests from the Compliance & Legal team.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in contract administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with KYC and vendor due diligence processes is a strong advantage.
- Strong willingness to engage in self-learning and professional development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with CRM or contract management software (e.g., HubSpot, SalesForce, DocuSign, Coupa or others) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to respond promptly to emails and maintain clear, professional written communication.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying needs and priorities.
- Capability to review contracts and make non-legal edits as needed.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and interact effectively with various stakeholders within the organization.
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to supporting cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, proactively identify challenges, implement solutions, and take ownership of processes.
- Work from 11:00 to 20:00 Pakistan time 5 days a week
