- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion, with a strong focus on UK building standards.
- Prepare detailed drawing packs for new client projects, ensuring alignment with project briefs and aesthetic requirements.
- Develop and compile drawing packs for submission to local councils in the UK, adhering to planning regulations and guidelines.
- Generate comprehensive Building Control Regulation Plans for submission to Building Control authorities.
- Produce accurate and detailed Construction Drawings and Shop Drawings for contractor use and project implementation.
- Create high-quality D renders (CGIs) and perform interior design work for marketing materials and client presentations.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Apply creative thinking to solve design challenges and contribute innovative solutions to projects.
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure all drawings are up-to-date and compliant.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth project progression and delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Membership with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP).
- Mid-level experience (typically - years) in architectural design and drawing preparation, with a demonstrable portfolio of work.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard software, including:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Lumion (or similar rendering software)
- Adobe Photoshop (or similar image editing software)
- SketchUp
- Proven expertise in Interior Design.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage a caseload and demonstrate project management experience, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Previous experience or understanding of UK building regulations, planning processes, and construction practices. Experience working on international projects, particularly those requiring adaptation to diverse regulatory environments, is a plus.
