Responsibilities:· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and market trends.· Develop and maintain a wide network of suppliers to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain.· Manage sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.· Perform cost and benefit analysis to evaluate supplier proposals and make informed sourcing decisions.· Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimization strategies to improve the efficiency of procurement processes.· Oversee the procure-to-pay-to-delivery cycle, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and Store, to coordinate sourcing activities and support business objectives.· Utilize ERP solutions to streamline sourcing and procurement processes and maintain accurate procurement data and records.· Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements related to sourcing and procurement.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.· Must have 2 years of related experience.· Proven experience as a sourcing analyst or in a similar procurement role.· Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct cost and benefit analysis.· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.· Proficiency in ERP solutions and other procurement software.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.· Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.· This will be a hybrid position. Candidate may need to visit office and markets for purchase.
