- Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calls,
- social, web).
- Generate high-quality B2B leads for our offshore staffing services.
- Identify decision-makers and build prospect lists using platforms like LinkedIn Sales
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and funnel strategies.
- Create and test outbound email and LinkedIn messaging templates.
- Manage CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) to track leads, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for conversion rates and cost per lead.
- Mentor junior team members or VAs involved in lead gen tasks.
- Provide weekly performance reports and insights.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
- Previous experience in outsourcing, recruitment, VA services, or B2B service sales is
- Familiarity with target sectors: Real Estate, Construction, Property Management &
- Strong grasp of outbound strategies including cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. British Accent is compulsory.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and drive results.
