Motion Graphic Designer/Graphic Designer

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital content, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives, turning concepts into compelling motion designs.
• Create storyboards and develop visual ideas, ensuring that designs align with Tribe’s brand guidelines and values.
• Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, and marketers to integrate motion graphics into multimedia projects.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas and techniques to projects.
• Edit and optimize video content for various platforms (web, mobile, social media) with a strong understanding of platform-specific requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other animation tools.
• Knowledge of 3D animation tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with the team.
