- Administrative Support - Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Communication Management - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling email correspondence, and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Meeting Coordination - Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
- Task Prioritization - Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and expectations.
- Research and Analysis - Conduct research on diverse topics as assigned, providing relevant information to decision making.
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Customer Complaint Analysis - Analyze customer complaints, identify underlying issues, and recommend effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Price Quotes - Prepare and offer price quotes to clients' customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product and service offerings.
- Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Accounting & Finance/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Public Relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing roles, with a passion for sales.
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
