About the Role:We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (5+ years' experience) to join our core team.The goal of this role is to develop internal tools and automation systems that can replace most of the day-to-day work of SEO executives, SMM executives, content creators, graphic designers, and ads managers — allowing our services to run with minimal human effort after the initial campaign configurations.You will work closely with our leadership and marketing team to design smart systems that can:

Generate content
Schedule and post across platforms
Automate SEO tasks
Run and optimize ad campaigns
Push content to websites and 3rd party sites — all based on predefined strategy templates and AI-assisted processes

Key Responsibilities:Build automation tools to handle the day-to-day tasks normally done by:

SEO executives (rank tracking, on-page audits, backlink tracking, content optimization)
SMM executives (post scheduling, social posting, engagement tracking, reporting)
Post designers (AI-based image/video creatives generation based on brand guides)
Content writers (AI-driven copy generation for blogs, SEO, social, and ads)
Ads managers (Google Ads, Meta Ads setup and monitoring)

Automate:AI-generated content (posts, captions, blogs, ads copy)Automated post creation and upload across social platformsAutomated Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign generation and performance monitoringAutomated reporting dashboards for all services (SEO, SMM, Ads)Auto-publishing to Wordpress, Shopify, 3rd-party sites (off-page SEO)Design internal dashboards for the team to control all automation pipelinesEnsure all systems are scalable, secure, and reliableContinuously enhance automation based on feedback and campaign dataTech Stack:Frontend: React.js / Next.js, Tailwind CSSBackend: Node.js, Python, REST APIsDatabase: MongoDB or PostgreSQLAutomation: Puppeteer, Selenium, Playwright, Zapier, n8nAI Integrations: OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney or DALL·E for creativesCMS Integrations: Wordpress REST API, Shopify API, Webflow APISocial & Ads APIs: Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTokCloud: AWS, Google Cloud, DockerQualifications:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer
Proven experience automating marketing workflows (SEO, SMM, Ads)
Strong background in API integration and marketing automation
Experience with AI-based content generation (text and visuals)
Solid understanding of digital marketing operations (SEO, SMM, Ads)
Ability to design and manage automation pipelines that replace manual work
Strong problem-solving skills
