- Achieve assigned revenue targets through new client acquisition and growth from existing clients.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through presentations, networking, and product introductions.
- Lead front-end sales efforts with support from the back-end design team.
- Ensure all client queries are addressed within 48 hours, ensuring a high level of responsiveness.
- Collaborate with the Costing Department to prepare accurate quotations while ensuring stable margins.
- Liaise with SCM and Warehouse teams for timely and accurate deliveries.
- Conduct pre-delivery site inspections in coordination with the Sites Department.
- Review tenders and prepare bidding documents for upcoming opportunities.
- Partner with the Business Development team to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Investigate and resolve client issues in coordination with the Complaints Department.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and maintaining key client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts concurrently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
