JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager Innovation and PartnershipsDEPARTMENT: Innovation and PartnershipsREPORTS TO: Team LeadPURPOSE:The individual will be responsible for supporting the creation and evaluation of new service ideas and contributing to creating technical marketing collateral. The role requires good market research skills, significant envisioning of potential value for new services, and will assist in the development of business cases and value propositions to justify projects. The incumbent is expected to have sound technical acumen and transitioned into the roles of strategy, marketing, or sales.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Assist in developing and implementing innovative solutions to address business needs and opportunities.
  • Experience in client-centric benchmarking, in collaboration with technical teams, facilitates strategic planning and ideation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify emerging trends and potential challenges.
  • A key contribution to this evaluation will be creating comprehensive market analysis and sound business models.
  • The incumbent will implement successful service development strategies while working collaboratively with technology personnel and engineering teams.
  • Develop and administer plans and schedules for cross-functional teams and prioritize activities that lead to decision points throughout the new service development cycle.
  • Assist in creating analytical models to define business cases and value propositions for conceptual and emerging new services.
  • Closely collaborate and work with cross-department teams and business groups, such as engineering, marketing, and sales.
  • Leverage strong technical expertise, transitioned to a role focusing on strategic planning, execution, and driving innovation.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key technology partnership programs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
  • At least bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, technology, or engineering (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, growth, new technology product or service development, or innovation.
  • Significant experience in secondary and primary market research techniques.
  • Ability to write marketing and sales collateral for technology services.
  • Experience in designing and overseeing marketing campaigns supporting technology services.
  • Knowledgeable about technologies and comfortable working with engineering teams to build value propositions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
