- Handle the end-to-end background verification of industry experts including verifying their credentials, work history, and expertise
- Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with industry experts, providing guidance and support throughout the verification process.
- Communicate with consultants daily, primarily over the phone, to explain the need for the verification process and address any questions or concerns. This role requires making numerous phone calls each day, so the candidate must be comfortable and confident speaking with people over the phone.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all verification activities and communications with consultants. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
- Stay updated on relevant compliance policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure all verification processes adhere to legal and company requirements.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless verification process and address any issues that arise.
- Working hours in Lahore: from 11:00 to 20:00 PKT
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years in a compliance-related role, preferably within an expert network, consulting firm, or financial services. Also, candidates with experience in telemarketing or sales, especially roles involving frequent phone communication and relationship building, are relevant for this position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on being comfortable and effective in speaking over the phone. The candidate should have no fear of making numerous phone calls daily and engaging with consultants directly.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to build trust and credibility with industry expert and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information and documentation
- High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
- Results-oriented approach with the capability to independently find solutions for job-related matters.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
