- Support various stages of data projects under supervision, involving data extraction, analysis, and interpretation to contribute insights and assist in automated reporting for informed decision-making.
- Assist in creating clear and straightforward dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau to enhance understanding of data-driven processes.
- Participate in fundamental business management activities, collaborating on monthly reviews, forecasting, and growth planning tasks with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in the regular analysis of business metrics data to identify potential areas for improvement in KPI performance, growth scaling, and expenditure optimization.
- Contribute to exploratory data analysis initiatives to uncover potential areas for business growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate on various strategic projects with cross-functional teams, focusing on learning and contributing to process enhancements, data projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Must have basic knowledge of Excel, Google Looker studio, Gsuite and Surface level knowledge of SQL
- Must have good Presentation skills
- Support data integrity by following established practices, documenting processes, and actively participating in knowledge-sharing activities to maximize the effective use of data resources.
- Conducting user research
- Designing wireframes and prototypes
- Creating high-fidelity mockups
- Bachelor's degree or a certification in interaction design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other prototyping tools.
