Travel Agent (Call Centre)We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Travel Agent to join our Call Centre Sales Team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with travel inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to sell travel products and services, including flights and hotels.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Process bookings accurately using travel reservation systems.
Stay up to date with travel trends, destinations, and promotions.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to sales and call performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales or call centre environment; travel industry experience preferred.
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
Passion for travel and commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is required.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
