Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to lead our efforts in promoting Hajj and Umrah services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel sales and digital marketing, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales:Sell Hajj and Umrah packages to individual and group clients.Manage leads, inquiries, and conversions through CRM tools and follow-ups.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and community organizations.Attend and organize promotional events, expos, and seminars within the Muslim community.Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Marketing:Develop and execute marketing strategies for Hajj & Umrah packages (online and offline).Run digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp marketing).Manage social media platforms and engage with followers.Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators for campaign materials.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve offerings.RequirementsProven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in travel or religious tourism.Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah rituals, travel requirements, and seasonal timelines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media management.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Multilingual skills (e.g., Arabic, Urdu, Bengali, Malay) are a plus.Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during peak pilgrimage seasons.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
