Well this is just the beginning, because your professional development is important to us and we are fully committed to helping you realize your potential.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Entity Compliance and Governance (ECG) practice, you will work closely with the team to deliver an integrated service to our clients across a broad range of operational matters, such as company establishments, liquidation or dissolution of companies, general corporate/governance matters (such as license renewals and changes) and supporting the delivery of annual corporate compliance matters, both as part of global projects and locally won work.You will spend your time supporting the successful delivery of corporate legal advisory projects as a key part of the delivery team. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and contribute to winning new clients both internally and externally. As part of a global entity, you can also expect to manage leads and opportunities from other areas of the law practice and the wider EY network and help them do the same.Moreover, you will be a core contributor to the development of the legal practice through initiatives such as delivering internal training, developing precedents, sharing knowhow, participating in team and firm events, giving internal and external presentations, and producing expert articles for publications.You can expect much of your work to revolve around the coordination and delivery of ECG services such as supporting the team with the preparation of documents to establish new entities, reviewing and checking documents prepared by clients, identifying processes and documents needed for corporate amendments, liaising with government authorities to submit documents and request information, and assisting the team in ensuring statutory compliance deadlines are met.Moreover, you will also contribute to the development of the legal practice through initiatives such as continuously sharing knowledge related to the procedures for establishing and maintaining companies in Pakistan, participating in team and firm events and actively developing your personal technical expertise and experience.As part of the team, you will work on a broad range of legal advisory matters, including, day-to-day advice to companies of all legal forms on corporate and commercial matters, structuring and re-structuring projects, corporate transactions (M&A and Joint Ventures), market entry and route-to-market advice and advising clients on ongoing contractual relationships with domestic and international counterparties. You will also have the opportunity to support the EY Law MENA team with a range of corporate, commercial, banking and energy & infrastructure matters from time to time.Key Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role from a reputable law firm in Pakistan.
Good client relationship-building capabilities combined with strategic and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail and an emphasis on delivering quality work.
Previous experience in delivering corporate advice in Pakistan and International clients.
