Respond to customer support tickets via our AI-enhanced system
Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, email, Windows, and common SaaS tools
Install/configure software and provide remote desktop assistance
Perform basic cloud environment maintenance (e.g., Azure, Google Workspace)
Communicate clearly with clients in fluent English
Escalate or resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
Contribute to improving documentation and internal knowledge base

Salary

PKR 80,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience)
Internet reimbursement included
Fully remote position with long-term growth potential
