We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at The One Stop Services. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and service-related issues via phone. Your goal is to provide a positive customer experience, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure satisfaction.Responsibilities
-Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in the UK-Clearly explain our energy solutions and services-Quickly develop value-based business relationships with B2B customers.-Identify the customer needs and requirements.-Develop good relations with the clients over the phone in order to convert those leads into sales-You will be assisting the sales supervisors and transferring the potential calls to your supervisor who will be converting those transfers into sales.
