- Ensure the availability of the critical Systems as per the agreed SLA
- Manage Systems operations
- Evaluate business requirement with respect to technology
- Project planning and project management for all critical Systems.
- Liaison with vendors & Senior Management for effective solution designing
- Plan, supervise and control process & procedures of the global systems
- Ensure delivery of the projects to meet business requirements
- Ensure compliance of the regulatory requirements
- Ensures high availability and acceptable performance levels of mission critical systems.
- Access systems performance needs after reviewing regular usage pattern.
- Improve quality, minimize down time and improve system performance.
- Deals with internal customers, provide relevant solutions to problems and provide extra support to resolve the critical issues.
- Monitoring changes in expectation & proactive approach to cater it
- Liaison with Internal & External Auditors.
- Review & Implement IT Security policies and requirements from systems perspective.
- Adopt & Implement Security by design philosophy
- Procedures to implement InfoSec guidelines
- Production system's Impact analysis after implementation of InfoSec changes in the environment
- Develop target-oriented approach
- Motivation and Attitude development
- Encourage Teamwork
- Arrange Training plans for the team to enhance their soft and hard skill areas
- Set goals and targets for the team
- Maintain work environment that creates responsibility,
- Ownership and efficiency in team that helps them to provide support with focused approach
- Prepare and Discuss team's appraisal as per policy
- Technology Graduate/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Certifications/trainings in a relevant job role
- Minimum 15 years of experience
