We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as the Head of Global Sales, with specific expertise in the SaaS industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our global sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence in the rapidly evolving SaaS landscape.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the SaaS market to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing global sales team with a focus on SaaS sales methodologies, including subscription-based revenue models, recurring revenue strategies, and customer retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the SaaS ecosystem to identify new business opportunities and drive customer success.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities within the SaaS industry to identify opportunities for growth and develop competitive strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain sales processes, systems, and KPIs specific to SaaS sales metrics, including MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), churn rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management to provide insights into SaaS sales performance and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in the SaaS industry to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at SaaS industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand, build relationships, and stay connected with industry leaders.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in global sales leadership roles within SaaS-based organizations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales methodologies, subscription-based revenue models, and recurring revenue strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams in the SaaS space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
