Compliance and Audit Manager

• Develop company wide audit checklists and compliance framework.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practice and incorporate them into audit processes and procedures.
• Supervise and conduct periodic audits of company wide processes across all departments and identify improvement areas.
• Create and manage effective mitigation plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
• Review legal documents, agreements, contracts, and MOUs.
• Carrying out Risk Assessment periodically covering all major types of risks such as Financial, Operational, Legal and Compliance Risk.
• Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
• Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
• 5 - 6 years' proven experience in a compliance and audit role.
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
• Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
