IT Manager Required

• Manage Information Technology Strategies, policies, systems and procedures.
• Manage Overall IT systems, hardware, software and troubleshooting.
• Ensure quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Manage Ecommerce technical support including Ecommerce server management (e.g AWS) and Ecommerce portal Management (e.g Magento and Shopify).
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Strong command on Microsoft AX is a must.
• Effective management of Vendors and internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

• Experience in retail industry will be preferred.
• Technical Understanding.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power point)
• An Ideal candidate should be result focused.
