The Digital Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the online presence of our brand. This individual will be responsible for client account management, executing Meta’s campaigns for clients, maintaining the company website, and overseeing social media marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.1. Client Account Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives, and developing digital strategies to meet their needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions aligned with client goals and objectives.
2. Campaign Management:
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns across various platforms, including meta, based on client requirements and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to implement innovative campaign tactics.
3. Website Maintenance:
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website to ensure a seamless user experience and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Coordinate with web developers/designers to implement updates, improvements, and new features as needed.
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement and implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility.
4. Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries/comments, and manage online reputation effectively.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience 5 years in digital marketing and at least 2 years in managerial role, with a focus on brand management, campaign execution, website maintenance, and social media marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client accounts, delivering effective digital campaigns, and achieving measurable results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta’s advertising platform, content management systems (CMS), and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently.
