This is a full-time Call Center Representative role at MSS LOGISTICS SOL located in Lahore. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing information about MSS Logistics services. You will communicate with customers through several channels including calls, emails, and chats to help resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.Qualifications & Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult customers

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry

High school diploma or equivalent

- years of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
