A. Role SummaryThe Sales Manager – BMS will play a critical role in driving the commercial success of Avanceon's Building Management Solutions division. This role encompasses full P&L ownership, strategic engagement with consultants, contractors, and clients, and early-stage project intelligence to position Avanceon as the preferred BMS partner. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry insights and a proactive approach to identifying, developing, and closing high-impact opportunities across the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business DevelopmentDrive and execute the BMS sales strategy to achieve and surpass revenue and profit goals.Identify new business opportunities and engage clients in targeted market verticals.Build a high-value pipeline with a strong focus on early-stage project identification and qualification.Lead end-to-end bid management, including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.2. P&L ManagementOwn the Profit & Loss for the BMS segment and manage financial performance.Control operational costs and ensure sustainable margins.Prepare and present sales forecasts, business plans, and financial performance reports to senior leadership.3. Account Management & Client RelationsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.Serve as the main liaison for strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct client meetings, deliver technical presentations, and facilitate workshops to position Avanceon's value proposition.4. Market Intelligence & Project TrackingActively track design-phase and pre-tender projects for early positioning.Build strong networks within the construction and MEP consulting ecosystem.Monitor competitor activities and evolving market dynamics to sharpen the sales approach.5. Cross-functional CollaborationCoordinate with engineering, execution, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.Partner with the marketing team for lead generation, campaigns, and branding efforts.Channel client and market feedback to product development and innovation teams.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
