- Lead and manage the creative team, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship.
- Develop and execute design strategies that align with brand identity and organizational objectives.
- Oversee the creation of visual assets for digital, print, marketing campaigns, events, and social media.
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Communications, Product, HR) to deliver creative solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovation into projects.
- Oversee vendor/agency relationships where required for design, printing, or production.
- Present creative concepts and campaigns to leadership and stakeholders.
- Design and manage the production of Annual Reports, Pitch Decks, Calendars, Storybooks, and other donor-facing documents for both Pakistan and international country partners.
- Coordinate directly with printing vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of all print jobs.
- Deliver consistent, professional visual identities across digital screens, banners, backdrops, brochures, and giveaways.
- Lead branding and design execution for international events such as:
o UK Galas
o Global Community Conferences
o Country partner-specific summits and conferencesGiveaways & Promotional Merchandise:
- Conceptualize and design branded giveaways and promotional items for Pakistan-based programs and country partners.
- Adapt items to meet local cultural and branding requirements while staying aligned with the core brand identity.
- Lead the visual and creative direction of the website to ensure strong brand alignment and high user engagement.
- Oversee the creation and curation of visual content, including imagery and layout concepts, for a cohesive and intuitive digital experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape a compelling and consistent visual narrative across all web touchpoints.
- Support the development of landing pages and campaign-driven digital assets with creative input tailored to performance and engagement goals.
- Maintain a high standard of visual storytelling to ensure all web content reflects the brand's identity and emotional tone.
- Coordinate and execute photoshoots for student stories, program highlights, and impact documentation.
- Collaborate with area offices and local teams to ensure smooth execution of shoots aligned with storytelling goals.
- Provide creative direction for photography that aligns with campaign themes and publication needs.
- Manage vendor coordination and logistics for shoots across different regions, ensuring timely and high-quality visual content.
- Oversee creative direction and design for billboards, bus wraps, and fleet van branding, ensuring brand visibility and professionalism in all public-facing assets.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital media, and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
