- Work collaboratively with clients to gather and analyse their HRMS requirements in detail.
- Achieve accuracy in gathering and documenting client HRMS requirements.
- Perform seamless system installations and integrations, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and smooth data migration.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during the implementation process, resolving issues efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including technical developers and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues by properly escalating them to the concerned developers
- Proven experience in Software implementation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of leading HRMS platforms and configuration tools.
- Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Experience 1 - 2 years in related field.
