Develop and execute a growth strategy to drive annual revenue growth, achieve targets, and higher customer satisfaction.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and demand generation to the closure of contracts. This includes building a quality lead database, client profiling, due diligence, persuasive periodic interactions & presentations, RFP / RFI / RFQ submissions & Bid Defence, SLA and pricing negotiations, and related work at every stage of the BD cycle.
Proactively monitor and report on sales cycle performance, providing insights for course correction in sync with market trends.
Foster and manage relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to devise sales strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective service delivery and achieving sales goals.
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, financials, risks, and potentials for business opportunities.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Enhance the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Prepare and deliver proposals and sales presentations to prospective clients.
Maintain precise and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends to remain competitive.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Train and develop the sales team.Job Specification:Proven 3+ years of sales/business development experience in the services sectors preferably in BPO, Software development, Network Solution/Support, and Digital Marketing, specifically in the US market.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives/targets.
Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and sales tools.
Ability to handle multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
Robust networking, negotiation, and sales closing proficiencies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical competencies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
