This position is responsible for supervision of schools’ staff and students, overall administrative and academic management with the objective of enhancing student learning outcomes, through the strategic deployment of resources within the limitations of the School Operations Manual, Company Policy and directives of the senior management. The ideal candidate must have international experience in the education sector.The ideal candidate has:
∙ 12+ years of relevant experience in an IB school.
∙ Knowledge of curriculum development and training design, teaching and evaluation in relevant area
∙ Knowledge of child learning methodologies, curriculum development and implementation.
∙ School improvement practices and staff development techniques.
