Freelance Technical RecruiterTechnical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening resumes based on specialized skills, and conducting interviews using various methods and selecting qualified candidates for technical roles in ACE Software Centre.Technical recruiter plays a crucial role in attracting and hiring skilled professionals for IT positions for the organization.Employee will collaborate with IT team leaders to understand hiring needs, promote the company’s employer brand, and onboard new hires. Additionally, Technical recruiter will stay updated with technological trends and products and participate in networking events to connect with IT professionals.Employee will focus on reducing our time-to-hire and ensuring we attract top talent.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications.Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand the requirements for IT positions. Collaborate effectively to define job descriptions, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidates' abilities and suitability for specific IT roles.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and IT job market developments. Conduct market research to understand competitive compensation rates and recruitment best practices.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and employment. Adhere to company policies and procedures.Documentation: Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation of candidates' profiles, interviews, and other recruitment-related information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve the recruitment process by providing feedback, suggesting enhancements, and implementing best practices. Contribute to the development of innovative recruitment strategies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.Mandatory experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates effectively.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Team player with a collaborative mindset.High level of professionalism and integrity.Powered by JazzHR
