- Handle service requests, incidents, and escalations related to Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Assist users with account management, access permissions, and security policies.
- Manage and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
- Monitor and enforce Microsoft security policies, MFA, conditional access, and DLP.
- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 tenant settings based on business needs.
- Manage and monitor Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), Azure AD, networking, and storage.
- Implement and support Azure policies, governance, security best practices, and compliance.
- Work on Azure Identity & Access Management (IAM), role-based access control (RBAC), and MFA enforcement.
- Manage Active Directory (On-Prem and Azure AD Sync) and Windows Server environments.
- Perform patching, monitoring, and maintenance for critical IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
- A Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing technical support, managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and handling system administration tasks, preferably in an IT services environment supporting international clients.
