- Achieving key performance targets and financial budgets set by RHRB pertaining to solicitation of NTBs. Exploring new business opportunities through frequent field visits.
- Making calls to prospective NTB customers on regular basis. Moreover, follow-up to be made on existing customers for recovery of Mark-up and Principal.
- Keeping Non-performing Loans at the accepted level.
- Prepare credit cases and follow banks laid down credit process till disbursement.
- Create a customer friendly experience to ensure customers are facilitated in the most efficient manner. Help/ assist customer to fill-in application form.
- Maintain relationship with the farmers and use the approach relevant to the stage of collections as per Agri legal & recovery Manual
- Maintain good relationship and inform borrowers in advance for repayment date.
- Coordinate and update BM on all business acquisition and recovery.
- Conduct follow-ups and apprise BM and RHRB on the productivity achieved on the number of accounts introduced, calls per day and commitments fulfilled.
