- You will be responsible for educating customers on end-of-life planning solutions and closing sales.
- Your daily task includes offering final expense insurance policies to our clients, identifying client requirements, and maintaining relationships with clients through effective communication skills.
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Insurance, Staffing / Executive Search, and Telecommunications industry.
- You have a working knowledge of Selling skills and an American accent
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- Experience in direct sales in the insurance industry or corresponding field
- Ability to sell and close deals within established procedures and guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prior experience in final expenses, life insurance, or other related fields is a plus
