We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Study Abroad Consultant for our Faisalabad office. The ideal candidate will not only guide students through their study abroad journey but also lead outreach initiatives, build strong networks, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role requires someone with excellent communication, advisory, and organizational skills, along with prior experience in counseling or international education.Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized guidance to students and parents on universities, programs, scholarships, and visa procedures.

Support students in identifying the best-fit options based on academic, financial, and career aspirations.

Assist with applications, documentation, essays, and interview preparation.

Represent the company at schools, colleges, universities, career fairs, and education expos.

Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, principals, teachers, and career counselors.

Conduct engaging presentations, seminars, and workshops to raise awareness of global education opportunities.

Supervise and mentor counseling staff to ensure top-quality student advisory services.

Conduct training sessions and set performance goals for the team.

Collaborate with colleagues across offices to align strategies and ensure consistent service delivery.

Maintain detailed student records in the CRM system and track application progress.

Monitor international education trends to provide up-to-date advice.

Prepare reports on student applications, outreach activities, and performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with university policies, embassy requirements, and visa regulations.
