NoSpecific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:1Support Immunization staff to collect and ensure consolidate all data of target communities and analyses of data based on key indicators/targets.2He/ She will work closely with immunization teams at District level ensuring that Daily Register, Permanent Register and Stock Register are updated on daily basis. If Any discrepancy arises will inform the Program Manager, Admin and Concerned Vaccinator/LHV/ Social Mobilizer promptly.3Provide regular project reports as required by Program Management. Ensure periodical reporting of the progress and documentation of lessons learnt and case studies/ Success Stories and Validate Routine Immunization data on daily basis.4Ensure effective working relationships with Immunization team and other relevant focal persons related to data and analyze immunization data to identify trends, coverage rates, and areas needing improvement.5Prepare regular reports on activities, outputs and outcomes and extract relevant reports/presentations as required by the PRCS, DHO Office and other Stakeholders.6Take lead in performing and documenting procedures for data preparation including data cleaning, standardization and Analysis and ensure data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness in data collection.7Compile the database and update project dashboard8Provide support to Focal Person in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and monitoring visit reports as required by the PM.9He/ She will define and create data listing, summary table validation and preparation10of data for statistical review as well and Reviews report drafts with PM/Admin in a timely manner before any submission11Undertake all such duties and accountabilities not listed above as required based on programmatic needs by the management.Education.Masters/ 16 years education in Statistics, Social Science/ Management or in relevant field from HEC recognized Institute / University.Experience.Minimum 4 years of working experience relevant to health projects specially immunization, technical skills on data management, Management and Information System (MIS) & Strong data management and reporting skills would be required.Familiarity and work experience with community.The incumbent must have clear understanding of gender equality, sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment.Skills / Knowledge.Excellent verbal communication and presentation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Report writingFostering integration and TeamworkRespecting and promoting individual and cultural differencesEffective and credible communicationManagement and technical skills in the development of SOPs, guidelines, project plans, budgets etc.Excellent planning and organizational skillsFluency in spoken and written EnglishCertification in Project Management would be an added valueGood Command over Microsoft Office (word, excel & power point)Strong monitoring, evaluation, reporting and analytical skills would be requiredMaximum age limit is up to 40 years.Field M & E visits, Travelling & Outreach Activities.Applicants’ candidature is subject to complete scrutiny / verification of documents & information, and it can be cancelled at any stage if any discrepancy is found.PRCS has reserved full right to accept or reject any or all applications at any stage of hiring process.Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test / interview.No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
