Job Description:DepartmentSupply ChainPositionSite Logistics SpecialistLocationReko Diq Mine Site - BalochistanQualificationBachelor's degree in transportation management, logistics, project management, or similar preferred.ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience as a logistics/ transportation specialist in a related industry.RequirementsIn-depth knowledge of transportation industry regulations.Proficiency in transportation management software.Superb leadership and interpersonal skills.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Self-motivated and shows decision-making skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Willingness to provide operational support outside of business hours.Willingness to travel out-station in case of cargo damage during accidents.ResponsibilitiesPlanning and managing logistics, transportation and custom related matters at site.Optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.Liaising and negotiating with warehouse team, transport team, customs official, logistics team and EPZA team at site.Ensure that all cargo entering the site is in proper condition and all documentation is in place.Processing transportation documentation and monitoring drivers' tracking.Ensure that KPIs provided to the transporter are met on a daily/ monthly basis.Collaborating with internal departments to optimize transportation services.Evaluating driver performance, handling customer queries, and resolving complaints in a timely manner.Complying to transportation regulations and company policies.
