Pak Plastic Industries is urgently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Accountant to support our Inventory Accounting and HR departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operations, financial recordkeeping, inventory management, and HR-related duties.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchasing activities and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Perform data entry and maintain financial records
  • Operate and maintain biometric attendance systems
  • Ensure timely and accurate attendance and leave records
  • Assist with HR tasks such as leave tracking, attendance management, and employee support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in HR
  • Proven experience in inventory accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Busy Way, Tally)
  • Experience operating biometric attendance systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
