- Identify and target potential clients through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead-gen channels.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Understand customer pain points and position the software as a solution.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and customer acquisition strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on user interactions and market trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a similar tech-focused business development role.
- Strong understanding of software products and how to sell based on value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and hit goals.
- Experience selling to US-based clients or working with international markets.
- Knowledge of lead-generation strategies via LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
- Background in selling marketing tech, workflow automation tools, or CRM platforms is a plus.
